Dereliction of duty?

Funny the things you come across when clearing, sorting etc.
No idea why I still have this blast zone map, as it’s a very outdated (and no longer classified, honest!) subset of civil defence estimated payload and impact maps from nuclear bomb strikes on probable targets in central Scotland, circa 1965-85).

I now live in a greener zone, according to this, but in the terrible event I’d anticipate widespread and swift damage and dereliction..does that qualify for the challenge? ;-)
