Friday Night Fixture

Unusually, Yeovil had a home game tonight against Gateshead, who had asked for the game to be brought forward from Saturday for some reason. About 80 of their supporters had made the long trip down and probably wished they hadn’t as the game turned out to be a rather drab 0-0 draw on a damp, raw evening.

Both sides hit the post and both keepers made one good save but that was about as far as the excitement went.
