Sanctuary

And I have caught up with the last six days of my journal. It's been busy and/or the weather has been lovely, and I want to be out!

The only fixture today was G's online lesson in the evening, which sadly overlapped with the Church service. So we went to Festival City to run a few errands. On the way back, we stopped at a hide that we'd never been to before. It was easily accessible from the main road, and G was very pleased she had her DSLR with her. The pictures here were taken by me, though. (I had to borrow the camera!). We didn't see the flamingos as they get fed at a different hide but if you look closely at my first extra (picture taken by G from her side of the car), you can see a line of them in the salt flats.

It's been a good, if very short, weekend!
