Season 29 Take 2

It's been a big day! Plenty to do at work. I managed to get in touch with the car park management company to see if I could rent another bay. They said "Yes"! I also contacted someone I'd met before who had shown an interest in the Volvo but couldn't buy it during the downturn created by COVID.

G was busy on the balcony repotting plants and doing some general tidying up. It's been cold today—the coldest I've experienced in a while. Of course, it's all relative. The temperature was in the high teens!! Not wanting to waste any of it, I suggested going to Global Village, which was great! I couldn't resist a collage.

We came home to catch some of the inauguration of the 47th President of the United States. I understand national pride and everything, but it is just scandalous that DT can say some of the things he does in public and get away with it. There would be outrage if other countries called themselves the greatest nation on the planet. My thumbnail is to record this part of the day.
