Sunday: More Flowers

It’s a very grey day, temperature around 4°C, overcast and hardly a breeze. Saw blue sky from 3pm until nightfall a couple of hours later.

Started pruning back the Clematis which are growing along our back wall, they are probably c.tangutica and montana and they are growing through the yellow leaved Elderflower which is looking very sorry for itself, parts of it are still alive, fingers crossed …!

Separated the wallflower seedlings - https://www.blipfoto.com/entry/3326332682618539114 - there were 9 plants which have now been replanted into 3 large terracotta pots and will probably be Blipped when the flowers open.

Today’s Blip is the Witch Hazel flowers again and the Primroses from back in November - https://www.blipfoto.com/entry/3304531826206314091 - I plan on separating out the primroses and potting them on into small terracotta pots, in the hope they’ll flower again in Spring :-)

We were hoping to watch Series 4 of “Foyles War” this evening but it has disappeared, after much searching it was on none of the channels we have :-(( Ended up watching Knight and Day with Tom Cruise and Cameron Diaz … which was very confusing … :-(
