Wassail - good health

Junior parkrun - a good turn out on a cold day. I palled up with a lovely new volunteer who has recently moved into the area. She parkruns on Saturday and wants to 'give something back', plus does not have the confidence to volunteer for Saturday.

Went for a race training Gig row where we practiced our skills towards the Basin sailing club and then raced the men's boat back to the pontoon. Pleased to say that we kept up with them for quite a good time. 

Evening was a chance to catch-up with the Masked Singer.
