Winter Sunset in the Suburbs

A good day's work. First, we  visited a cats' rescue to donate old linens and blankets. (Fortunately, we couldn't see the cats today, as the vet visits on Monday, or we might have swapped our items for a live, furry beast!)Then  we made other donations to a charity shop. Unexpectedly, we gained useful information from my mum's old neighbours which may prove beneficial to us, and to them, in dispersing some household goods, and later, there was a helpful chat with a resident at  my late aunt's flats. 
Later, I suspected there might be a good sunset; the sky was clear,the air was cold and still. I was proved right.
