Daffodils

I had a good swim this morning, but I was too cold to stay out to look for a blip. So I’ve taken one of my Daffodils.
Lovely homemade Beef and mushroom casserole for tea tonight. The recipe suggested put in Butternut Squash, Carrots and Parsnips which I did too. An optional extra was Jerusalem Artichokes, so I added them in too. We will see what it all tastes like, I’ve never knowingly had Jerusalem Artichokes, have you?
