This is just one, not a pile but just one of the Jerusalem Artichokes left from my yesterday’s casserole. To be honest the whole casserole tasted delicious- but I couldn’t decipher the Jerusalem Artichokes at all, as there was also amongst other things there were Parsnips. So I’ve no idea what they tasted like individually. But what an ugly thing it is, this one would be difficult to peel. But I will unless you want it ;0)
It makes a good blip.
