Es i Shibashi heddiw, yn y cyfamser roedd Nor'dzin adre gyda dynion yn trwsio teilsen grib ar y to. Yn y dosbarth Shibashi roedd menyw ifanc o Age Cymru oedd yn siarad am osgoi cwympo i lawr. Yn y cyfamser roedd y dynion fel geifr, sicr-droed ar y to. Nid oes angen unrhyw gyngor arnyn nhw o Age Cymru eto.

I went to Shibashi today, meanwhile  Nor'dzin was at home with men fixing a ridge tile on the roof. In the Shibashi class there was a young woman from Age Cymru who spoke about avoiding falling down. Meanwhile the men were like goats, sure-footed on the roof. They don't need any advice from Age Cymru yet.
