Today's the day . . . . . . . . . . . . for The Hunterian
The highlight (so far) today would have to be a visit to the Hunterian Art Gallery and Museum - the oldest public museum in Scotland, with collections spanning arts, sciences and humanities.
The thing I really wanted to see though was the reconstructed interior of one of the houses of the Scottish architect and designer, Charles Rennie Mackintosh. The specially built annex showed it off magnificently - it was such a treat to see it all .......................
