Two Bunches

A quiet ‘bits and pieces’ day today.

Had a list of about 6 things to get done and ticked off five of them. Got to leave something for tomorrow :-)

John lent us a book about Beautiful Yorkshire to look at, so finished off that and put another 4 or 5 locations in my ‘places to visit’ folder.

My bunch of carnations are opening up nicely (my blip today). They arrived last weekend. Another neighbour has just had her bunion operated on and by all accounts she’s in a lot of pain, so we were getting some for her and an extra bunch slipped into the basket for me. As it does.

(It was also our anniversary a few days ago, so they were bought with that in mind too. Not a special number being celebrated, just our 32nd!)
