I am no man

This Eowyn is definitley one big hoolie of a storm. 

I've spent today coordinating hastily re-arranged online interviews, feeling a bit sorry for the candidates trying to interview whilst their gales blowing about.  I  hope they all did okay. 

We seem to have passed mainly unscathed (touch wood) though a few neighbours have loose ridge tiles so that will need checking out in the morning.  We've had power all day, though a few flickers of the lights. The worst bit has been listening to the roof all day. 

Just as I type there's some big gusts out there! Part of me wants to go for a walk just to see what it's like. But there's no way I'm heading out in reality.  View is the lunchtime view from the window.  I was pleasantly surprised ten minutes ago when I looked out of the same window and could see Tinto - not expected today.  Be glad when Eowyn blows herself out.
