Broken

Mr P seemed to think that it was a good idea to walk up to the Hydro for a swim this morning!
On the plus side we had the pool to ourselves but unfortunately when we were ready to leave, the storm was raging so much that we thought it best to sit it out and have lunch at the Hydro.
Once we’d witnessed the glass from this cupola shattering, we decided to have lunch away from the windows. Scary walk home.
Our garden fence has been flattened and there was a tree down on the drive up to the house (been cleared now). I’m rather apprehensive about going out again (blipping early) but we’ve been invited for a meal. I was secretly hoping that it might be cancelled so we could stay warm/safe and watch the Traitors final.
