Mancoco

During lockdown, when Izzy's wings were temporarily clipped and she lived in Manchester, we would meet at Mancoco on a Thursday morning, buy coffees and pastries, and then walk along the canals. 

Since then, whenever she's home we try to make a visit, which we did, this morning. We always said that once lockdown was over and you could sit in again, we'd carry on walking the canals, regardless. But guess what.

We treated ourselves to coffee bean and Mancoco t-shirts before leaving and then she went back to Hannah's to pack, and I went to the studio, dropping in for a cup of peppermint tea with Simon, and then catching up with Yoss (so not much music done!).

In the evening, Hannah and Izzy came across for a drink with the Minx, and then the kids and I took an Uber across to Rusholme to meet Charlie for a curry. 

We'd said we'd aim for an early night but Izzy, Hannah, and I ended up in The Old Pint Pot where we met up with Hannah's friend Sam, who's staying with her tonight. So, late to bed but a great evening!
