Little Walter - My Babe (recorded 25 January 1955, Chicago IL)
Today marks the 70th anniversary of the recording of this blues classic by Little Walter. It was adapted by Willie Dixon from Rev Robert Ballinger's This Train, as recorded by Sister Rosetta Tharpe. Walter Jacobs transformed the role of the harmonica but spent two years resisting recording this song.
