A calm morning

taken just after 9.00 along the road from here. 

A pleasant morning with a number of visitors calling in, everyone so far appears to be fine with no major upsets and I popped out to a couple of homes nearby armed with a flask in case it was needed. It wasn’t. Relax. 

John has a gadget that proved useful today, he plugged it into the e car, then using an extension lead has run power from the car to individual points into the home, ie the freezer. 

Apparently most of the island was “off” although pleased to say all has returned to normal - around 2.00pm. We haven’t seen the news yet, I doubt all homes will be this lucky.
