Magic!

After having had to abandon our belated Christmas festivities on 7th Jan, our neighbour/family friend came round this afternoon to resume the celebrations. After working our way through five different types of Christmas cakes, we exchanged presents. Dad was given this bottle of Mince Pie Liqueur which lights up when you touch the bottle, magic!

With the candles lit, we had a lovely cosy Christmassy afternoon, while outside it was a cold but calm day; the calm before the storm. Tomorrow we have more weather warnings for gales and heavy rain.
