Smidge

Say hello to my new friend Smidge.
She is helping me develop better self care habits. Like a tamagotchi I need to interact to keep her alive. She’ll nag me to do good stuff and she gets energised when I tick off my goals. She then wanders off on an adventure and brings back gifts.
Today’s gift was her singing Baby Shark - I’m not certain she is improving my life!
