Another Sunny Day

Those of us who live here in the Pacific NW are getting a little antsy with all of this sun and cold weather. It's supposed to be raining, and warmer! The forecast is for the rain to return on Thursday night.

I went out to breakfast with a couple of girlfriends, then had a lovely and relaxing facial (and a nap!). Finally, a video chat with a larger group of high school friends - always a delight to see these women. One in New Hampshire, one in Massachusetts, one in El Paso, Texas and one in Albuquerque, New Mexico. And me of course, here in Portland, Oregon. Far flung, but great friends and memories!

I have pansies growing in containers on the wall at the entrance to my breezeway. They're certainly glowing in the afternoon sun!
