around the beautiful hotel grounds. Also an extra. A team of staff work really hard to keep everything looking amazing and there are watering systems in place. They have created a wonderful environment out of an otherwise barren, volcanic area. There are birds and butterflies too enjoying it too. 
A run and swim this morning, a gin workshop (see extra) and I ve spent this afternoon painting the scene from our terrace (well attempting!)
Tonight we have booked for the Japanese restaurant and a cookery demo which is all included :))
