Ink

I finished this little 5x7 bluebird today. It’s ink and Inktense pencils on Yupo. Yupo is not really paper. It’s a transparent plastic similar to vellum. Totally non absorbent. Water mediums like ink or watercolor create interesting effects. Not the easiest medium to work with. Quite the challenge and I love it. I call it a “ fly by the seat of your pants” medium! :—)) it kinda does of has its own ideas! Always a surprise.
Quiet day. Breakfast then to a local lake., then home.
Js brother came this afternoon and we ended up running errands.
Now to settle in.
