Curries

Another cold, gloomy day in more ways than one. We had a very late start after a very late night - MrM arrived home in the early hours after playing fiddle at a ceilidh for the second night running.

We both tackled a few little chores, without achieving much in my case. MrM spent most of the afternoon making a large batch of curry base, most of which is now in the freezer, and then made chicken jalfrezi, aubergine curry, and green lentil dahl, enough for our evening meal, his lunch tomorrow, and another meal later in the week. All cinnamon-free, so I can eat them! (I needed a generous dollop of yoghurt with mine to temper the heat a little!)
