Room with a view

Not a bad day today, brightening up as the day went on. This afternoon was to have been a meeting of the u3a Creative Writing Group, but as a few members were unable to come it seemed daft to have only three of us - over on the island of Kerrera too!

So one of my friends in both the Poetry and Creative Writing Groups invited me over to her house for lunch and I enjoyed some good conversation with her and her husband. We even did a 'Mystery Object' as we do in  'Creative Writing' - her husband brought in a mystery object under a cloth and we wrote about it for ten minutes. We each read some of our poetry and limericks to the amusement of the husband!

The most amazing thing about the visit was the view from their house - I was so jealous! My Blip today.

Back home to get stuck into Photo Competition images - a lot to do in the next day or so.
