Cacio e Pepe

We had friends round for dinner tonight. David cooked this wonderful traditional Roman dish meaning Cheese and Pepper. It is homemade spaghetti topped simply with fresh ground pepper and Pecorino Romano cheese made from sheep milk and served in Parmesan bowls. And that was just the starter!
