Trip to the dairy

Today I drove an hour and half to the dairy farm to buy about 25 gallons of Grade A raw milk from grass fed Jersey cows for our friends and us. It is deliciously creamy and wonderfully good! It freezes well, so I get as much as I can fit in my freezer and it lasts about a month. I love the drive because it is out of the city where I can enjoy the big wide open expanse which is one of the highlights of Texas.
