Out to sea
I need a haircut, but my barber retired at Christmas so I need to find a new one. There are four others in town; one is a Turkish one which looks as though it mainly caters for young chaps (I'm old and bald), two were closed and the last one was a 'unisex' one which had two ladies installed that looked as though they were there for the long term. I remembered I'd seen what looked like a good old-fashioned barber in Sheringham so I drove over there to find he closes on Wednesdays. At least I had a chance to walk down to the front and get this shot; I think the boat is one that services the wind farm on the horizon.
In chat with my sister this afternoon she mentioned that my brother-in-law (also old and bald) uses his local Turkish barber and is pleased with the result. Maybe I'll give them a try after all.
Posh Nosh tonight; we're off to our local Michelin Star restaurant, Meadowsweet. They normally only do a full 'tasting menu' but for a few midweek nights they are doing a four course dinner instead. I'm sure the quality will be just as good as normal.
