Goslings

The Egyptian geese have a new brood.  The male was honking loudly to warn everyone off the path. They were very cute.  There were tufted ducks, shovellers, swans, cormorants, gulls, Canada geese, moorhens, coots and mallards on the lake today.  There was also a stalking heron at the edge.
Blood doning after work.  The donation went fine but I was classified as a 'gusher' as I didn't stop bleeding after the first 2 minutes of pressure.  After 6 min, they called the senior person over and I began to feel a bit wobbly. After being given a cooling pad, a bag of crisps and a drink,  I felt much better and was ready to head home.
