Job

At 8.15pm, just as I’d settled down to watch the footy, I get a phone call from my son explaining that he needed a “professional” head & shoulders photo to give to people in LA before 5pm their time (2am UK, I think?). This was due to him having an interview (for a job in London) for an expensive and trendy “eyewear” (they are NOT glasses!!! :)) ) company who had given him a 15 minute chat and then expected him to conjure up the aforementioned photo and a video (which would basically save them having to do a proper interview) in the space of 6 hours. My first reaction was “I’ll come round now”. My second was “Why would anyone want to work for such entitled, unreasonable, demanding w***ers?”

Anyway, this was the result. I’m not sure if it’s what was wanted but I didn’t want to do a full, formal passport type thing and certainly didn’t want the company brochure style. I dislike the shot but I guess it'll have to do.
