Brother

Joe and I went to visit my brother down in Tucson. Because of his health and start of dementia he has gone to live in the Veterans home.  He loves it so far and is much like me in that he's very friendly and makes friends easily.  Each unit has 10 people but you can easily walk from one unit to the next.  He took me on a tour and I was impressed.   He told me about the giant desert turtle that has tunneled under the building and is under his room. Right now he is in hibernation and the workers have covered his tunnel with cardboard and a blanket.  I imagine he'll be out again in 3 or 4 months.

The extra is a picture my brother has when we visited a Navy Base after he was out of the hospital after being in an Iron Lung from Guillian Barre. He received honorary Wings. I'll have to get more of his pictures later.
