Color

My daughter wanted a picture painted for this alcove leading to their bedroom.   I told her to pick out something she wanted me to paint and this is the one she liked.  We bought the illustration board and paint.  She went back the other day for the frame when it was on sale.  Mom worked a lot which was probably the better part of a week.  I can't do this stuff out of my head and need a picture to work from.  I was really happy with how it turned out and Jen was quite happy too!   Joe and I hung it this morning before Jen got back home.     Our daughter wants one more 8x10 of a cactus before I leave.  Considering the last one, this one will be a piece of cake!!
