Here comes the sun

A beautiful day, absolutely nothing wrong with the weather. A frost covered start to the day with abundant bird life around the feeders in the woodland.
My first bike ride for over four months, even the short ride to where I met my friend left me bewildered by motorists lack of empathy towards me as a vulnerable human being.
Three hours of enjoyable socialising in good company left me feeling hungry but refreshed.
Quiche and fruit for lunch before allowing Dippy (Extra) to let off steam and enjoy some canine socialising on a local beach enjoying an extreme low tide once again in glorious sunshine. So many friends to talk to hindered (in a nice way) our departure.
A super swim and a 15 minute sauna provided a nice feeling before back to Amadeus for more nourishment and Zzzzzzz
