Melville Monument

Last day of my working week, and there were a good few colleagues in the office today. As ever I had too many meetings. I popped out to M&S at lunchtime, and got some very heavy hints about how they did nice biscuits and cakes. I brought them back some treats. A colleague brought in some chocolate with locusts recently, I think it was from Mexico, but no one has been keen to try it!!

TT had a work meeting/dinner this evening, so I was on leftovers, which was good, as no cooking was required, just heating up.

I then did a few chores, and went for a walk around the block. TT wasn’t late home, and it sounds like he had a lovely dinner.

I walked through St Andrew’s Square at lunchtime, with the imposing Melville Monument.

Looking back, I blipped the monument exactly one year ago. What a coincidence! It was a nice day then too!
