Out and About

New and Old

Stopped off at East Croydon station on my way back from Surrey to take my only surviving aunt out for lunch. Then to King's Cross . Both stations have been redeveloped but King's Cross has retained its exterior.  East Croydon station has been redeveloped many times The last in the 1990s as a steel structure which was the easiest way to accommodate the ever increasing number of platforms needed at this busy junction. And with a tram station in front.
