Winter Lights

I (Chris) was up early to be out again supporting the couch to 5K group. It’s week 4 now and all the group are progressing building up the length of the running phases each week. Immy and Ollie went to watch Watford vs Norwich (Ollie is a big Norwich supporter) which was a lunchtime kick-off and we’re back late afternoon having celebrated a Norwich victory. Leaving Annie with her studies, we went into London meeting Rosie and Ted at Marylebone before getting the underground to Canary Wharf for the last evening of the winter lights festival. It was chilly but great fun and very popular. We grabbed dinner in Canary Wharf before heading home.
