Buggin' Out
Blip #5
I would just like to say thank you to everyone who has commented on yesterday's blip. I'm so glad it ended up being worth the risk of entering the spray zone!!
I realized that it would be difficult to match so I worked extra hard to find a nice looking blip today. I noticed I spent a lot of time mentioning how much I enjoy wildlife photography in my bio, yet I have not blipped a single animal. Thus I spent about an hour today around Johnson Pond (see Blip #2) focusing on dragonflies, birds, and turtles. I was getting frustrated at first because with my 18-55mm lens (which seems to only go to 48mm???) I kept scaring off the dragonflies before I could get close enough for the shot. Luckily, I ran into this patient guy who let me get incredibly close to it. This has only been treated for contrast and I cropped a reed out of the left hand side.
Hope you enjoy,
TRapt
