Snow in the Marches

Out for a ten mile hike with our hill walking group today. It was fantastic weather and glorious scenery. Setting off from Purslow, we past through Clunton Coppice (no sign of the famous pine martens), onto Sowdley Wood, then Black Hill and down the Cwm valley. We came across some wonderful big drifts of snowdrops, like these near Cwm. 

Back just in time to plant the chestnut tree that I moved yesterday.
