Cooking

I really wasn’t well enough prepared for the weather on our morning walk and got a soaking. In addition it was painful walking into the wind which was driving drops of rain directly into my face which stung like hailstones. Bertie didn’t know what the fuss was about as his ultra-thick coat protects him from all weathers.
It was certainly a day for indoor jobs so my blip is of our evening meal (smoked salmon risotto) mid-preparation.
