Almost finished

A standard office day.  Spreadsheets, emails,  reporting on spending on open access. Crochet group at lunchtime.  The topper now has the beer bottle and biscuits sewn on.  Nearly ready to go on the campus postbox.
After contacting the company who produced the crochet basket kit,  I've made my own adjustments to the pattern to make it resemble the photo with the kit. The instructions as given won't create anything like their advertised basket but they maintain their pattern is correct. The maths proves is isn't. I'm pleased with how it looks and it was an interesting technique. I need to be brave and cut the yarn and sew in the tail of the macrame rope at the top and bottom of the basket.  
It was not quite dark when I left work today.  So looking forward to lighter evenings and putting my bike lights away.
