One Lonely Mushroom

Usually the shaggy ink caps (Coprinus comatus) grow in groups of many individuals, but this one was standing totally alone close to the place downtown, where we had lunch today. I think it's quite early for them anyway. Afterwards we went for a road trip to Grindavík, Strandarkirkja (see here), Þorlákshöfn and Hveragerði. It was very windy so our planned hike in Hveragerði was cut short due to inadequate clothing.
