The West Door

The west door of our village church is not often opened these days, as the congregation enter by the north door.
They certainly built sturdy doors in those days so long ago, (possibly in the 14th century) and it must have seen a few priests and vicars.
The first vicar arrived in 1314, and we are hoping to have a new one soon, early in 2014.
Seven centuries later!
