Lay Off My Shoes

Dear O'H dear, Lovely Tea Jenny and The Mini Princesses,

We had someone round to give us a quote for double glazing today.

DG man had the most pristine black suede shoes. It honestly looked like they were straight out of the box.

When he arrived!

He gave us his spiel and then went around measuring. Murphy was VERY interested in what was happening and decided to stick close by. As DG man was kneeling down on the stairs to write some notes, Murphy stated licking his shoes!

I called Murphy away (whilst trying not to laugh) but he decided to lie at DG man’s feet when we were sitting at the table to discuss the quote and by the time he left, his shoes were covered in dog hair and looked a lot less pristine.

I wonder if we’ll get a discount for that!
