Part of a photo challenge, to take 3 photos this week with 3 items around your home. I used to have a collection of cow themed ornaments and kitchen items, but I have gotten rid of most of them. The cow ornament on the left is one that I will always keep. It is almost 60 years old. It is one of the ornaments that Mum had while I was growing up, and one of the few things that I have.

An update on my friends icy driveway. Marilyn called Tommy after she talked to me yesterday. She told him that I was over to drop off some money for her, but refused to come in because of the ice on the driveway. Tommy is still mad at me for refusing to pay him when he dumped half of a load of soil on some fresh gravel that I had just spread. He still thinks he can destroy me if he could find me. I guess he has never thought to contact me thru FB. Anyways, he did show up at Marilyn' around 5 pm and put more salt down on the driveway. Then he came back around 9:30 with one of his workers, and they broke up the ice that was in the driveway. She told me this morning that the driveway is now about 90% free of ice. She told him that her friend, Terry, would bring over some salt and put it on the driveway; he didn't want her to do that. He's scared now that he is going to lose her as a customer, and he will, because I will make sure that I have someone else willing to do it for next winter. Because he is a male chauvinist and a narcissist, when I stood up to him last fall, he didn't like it. I think he also knows that much as he would like to try and destroy me, that if he tried anything, he would be the one crawling away with his tail between his legs.
