Sun for a Day
...And we'll take it! It's hard to see, but there was frost on the roof of the fortress house next door this morning so I took a picture of it. Turns out that was the only one I took all day. Helped John get online for a video wellness check. Turns out I wasn't much help nor was the wellness check, but it got done and checked off the list. Then I went to class which I badly needed....a little socializing, a lot of exercise and a nice group of people. We all agreed that we needed to hug each other...a lot!
I thought I would let my hair grow a a little bit but that never turns out well, so I sent a desperate text to my hairdresser and I have an appointment tomorrow. Now all I have to do is try and get an appointment with a new dermatologist. I'll be lucky to find one who is taking new patients and doubly lucky if I can get an appointment in less than 4 months.
So ordinary life goes on despite the cataclysmic drama in Washington. It sounds like the Democrats are beginning to get their act together. The felon has no boundaries, no morals and no empathy. It's hard to know how to combat someone who will do anything just because he can.. He's canny, but he really can't be very smart. He says whatever comes into his mind and creates chaos. That is his basic governing style. Nobody knows how much he means what he says, or what he will do next. And he likes it that way. He gives favors to those who fawn over him and punishes anybody who crosses him.
I watched a bit of his meeting with Netanyahu on TV last night (with the sound off) and the expression on Netanyahu's face was classic. If it weren't real people and their lives and homeland they were talking about it would have been funny. The felon was maundering on in his creepy way, and you could almost feel Netanyahu's eyes rolling.
And then there's Musk. But I'll save him for another day....
