Scourer

There is no theme for Abstract Thursday so I took a photo of something which was handy and did some processing.  Its a stainless steel pan scourer.  Thanks to Ingeborg for hosting.

Had a podiatrist appointment this morning at the clinic in Dunston so I caught a bus at around 10.15am.  The clinic is usually very quiet but there were quite a few patients waiting today.  After my appointment I walked along to Aldi.  Had a slow wander around the shop as I hadn't been there for a while.  Bus home came on time .

After unpacking my shopping I watched some TV and had a nap. I was all nice and cosy and could easily have stayed indoors but I made the effort to get ready and go to my slimming group.  I didn't go last week so I thought I had better show up tonight.  I had a half pound weight gain on the scales.  This was fine as I hadn't been " on plan " for a week or so and only started back on it on Monday.  Hopefully I will be motivated during the week ahead and get a better result next Thursday.

I watched the second Carabao Cup semi final on TV this evening.... Liverpool V Spurs.  Liverpool won the game 4 nil so they will play Newcastle Utd in the final.  My son in law supports Liverpool so he was pleased with tonight's result.  I hope he will be disappointed on 16th March when Newcastle win the Cup.  Howay The Lads.

The weather today has been really cold.  There was still frost and ice around in Dunston this morning.  This evening it was bitterly cold.  Im glad I got a lift home from slimming.

I'm way behind with comments but I'm hoping to catch up in the coming days.
