Stage Doors
Another image in that limited series, taken yesterday but created today :-)
It's the starting stage set for the plays last night. We enjoyed them both. There was some good acting from well known names, and some clever lines. I really liked the revolving stage set with waiters and waitresses doing some slickly choregraphed moves in and out of the doors as it revolved. Although it's a phone camera shot it has printed out OK so I think I will use it for one of my 'Closed' submissions in our next competition.
We were surprised the play wasn't that well attended. We were the only people in our row! And we got a surprise when we saw blipper chrispybox and mrscb in the bar as we came down into the theatre from the car park!
Today we met up with our Southampton friends S&P, in the Halfway Inn again, at Halfway, which is perfectly named being halfway from each of us. Last time we met there it was £20 for three courses. This time it had gone up to £25. Inflation! As it happened we only had starters and mains anyway. I didn't take any photos this time, so nothing from the day to blip.
