Awaiting delivery

I was asked to go round to R & S’s place to receive a delivery today. I was up early, had packed sewing and knitting jobs to do, to keep me occupied.

Suddenly I got a message telling me that the delivery window had already started, the driver was on his way. I got B to drive me round, we beat the delivery lorry by a couple of minutes. It could easily have been a missed delivery and wasted time. It was for S, so he will provide them with feedback to the company.

B came back for me and Olive and we were home in under half an hour. Amber was pleased to have her pal for a play day.
