Winter Garden

First of all, thanks so much to all you lovely blippers who left messages, stars and hearts on yesterday’s 1500th blip - all very much appreciated. 

It’s flowers again today - but this time a collection of blooms found in Bodnant’s Winter Garden. I’m finding it very hard to motivate myself to leave the house at the moment. It’s just so cold and I think I’m suffering from post-travel fatigue and ennui. And really, there’s no excuse as there’s so much beauty in our area. 

The Winter Garden is a case in point. Even before you arrive, the glorious scent of Daphne fills the air, and this small area is just full of colour with witch hazel, dwarf irises, hellebores and early daffodils.  It’s certainly a sight to lift the spirits!
