Spring Bulbs

It could not have been a more grey day and the grey weather is forecast to continue until next Wednesday worse luck. Today it was alleviated by a very helpful online workshop on coptic stitch bookbinding. I hope I can begin to have a go next week.

Today's photo is of the bowl of Spring bulbs we bought at The Flower Lady yesterday. I think she could have knocked more off the price as the daffodils are obviously dying. The hyacinths smell gorgeous.

In weather like this, I'm forced to use artificial lighting for still life because it's always sunset before you realise it.
