Elvis….

….never used to get on this sofa, but since he was led astray by my son when he arrived after Christmas, it’s his second favourite place to doze!
Earlier today we went to breakfast club, it was in a different venue last month due to staffing problems and we didn’t go, but now it’s back on. They have a new Belgian chef, and everything came out cold, so people were sending their breakfast back, but it was 11.30 by this time and I was starving, so I didn’t. We normally get eggs(only one these days) bacon, two sausages, mushrooms,tomato, beans and a hash brown and I give Mr F my sausages and he gives me his grilled tomato.
He sent his cold breakfast back with the four sausages, and it came back to him with only two, all hot though! One chap sent his back twice and was told they had no breakfast left, but after an hour two fried eggs and a piece of gammon arrived, so he was happy!
Then we all had a chat about the extortionate price of Marmite these days, and a catch up with the news of who was in hospital and who was renovating/got leaks in their roof and then came home.
